Choosing a grind level
Choose the appropriate coffee grind level based on your brewing method:
Coarse for french press, medium for percolator, V60, filter or Aeropress, and fine for moka pot, bialetti or espresso machine. If unsure, go for coarse as it's versatile. Whole bean coffee is best for freshness and flexibility in grind setting. Consider getting a coffee grinder for an even better experience.
Coffee Care
For the freshest coffee taste, buy whole bean and grind at home within 6 weeks of the roast date. Our carbon neutral bags, made in the Netherlands, use valve technology and high quality materials to keep coffee fresh for longer. Store in a cool, dark place.
Sourcing
We prioritize specialty grade coffee and full traceability. We source from specialty coffee traders, including farmers and producers, and pay a fair price for the raw product.
Freshness
Our coffee is shipped within 2 weeks of roast date.
Supporting Mental Health
We support Blackdog Outdoors, a mental health charity that promotes outdoor activities. We donate 30p from every bag of coffee sold, and £150 pays for a Mountain Leader.
Shipping
We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD Next Day. Free delivery for orders over £30 (automatically deducted at checkout). DPD Next Day is used for packages over 2KG.
